Heather Chase is the founder of Veterans Realty Services and has been in real estate since 2011. As a military wife and Military Relocation Professional (MRP), she understands the challenges of PCS moves.

She founded the company in 2017 to better support military families. Today, she helps buyers, sellers, and investors while also managing long and short-term property management.

Her mission is to make real estate simple, stress-free, and focused on serving those who serve.

Aloha! I’m Sentiera Stricklin, and I specialize in making big moves feel effortless.  I know what it takes to plant roots in a new place. My 11-year background in property management, 6 years of military service (current US Army Reservist), and formal education in Business Management (BA) means I have an eagle eye for detail, ensuring no stone is left unturned in your search for the perfect home or investment. 

Beyond the closing table, my world revolves around health and empowerment. My career as a Personal Fitness Trainer allows me to coach clients through transformations, a skill I bring to the real estate world to help you visualize and achieve your biggest goals. Whether you’re a fellow Service Member navigating a PCS or a local family looking for your next chapter, I’m here to coach you through the finish line.

For the last several decades, I’ve been proud to call Hawaii my home.  I am convinced that this is the best place on earth, between the climate, multicultural communities, and aloha spirit, who wouldn’t want to live here? Even with all the positives, owning a home in Hawaii is still a significant undertaking for most.  

 Through the years, my family has purchased and sold several homes based on changing life events and needs.  So, I know just how challenging it can be to navigate such a highly competitive real estate market.  A few years ago, my family moved from the home we’d lived in for over 25 years.  As we scoured the market and moved forward in purchasing our new home on the windward side, I learned the importance of having someone to help you along the way.

 Buying or selling a property is a complex process and can be overwhelming at times. Through my work at local businesses spanning financial, insurance, and technology industries, I’ve cultivated analytical problem solving and risk management skills to help you navigate that process.  My hard-earned knowledge, problem solving, and business skills have helped me navigate our local real estate market, and I look forward to leveraging them to help you meet your real estate goals, too.

Aloha my name is Patrick Mullen, born in Honolulu, HI and raised in Washington state 

on a farm in Poulsbo, WA. My father is a retired Navy deep sea diver, and my mother is a stay-at-home mom. 

I am a Realtor in Hawaii and have been licensed for the past 5 years 

working other aspects or real estate such as timeshare sales for Hilton Grand Vacations and Diamond Resorts and now am venturing into the residential real estate.

 I am here to help first 

time buyers, luxury buyers, investors, relocations, and sellers to upgrade or downsize their home. Being a hands-on type of worker, I am calm, strategic, transparent, data driven, and low pressure on a sale. When I'm not showing homes, I love hiking and being in nature and enjoy 

everything this island has to offer.
